The project will be conducted in two main phases. Phase 1 will consist of the realisation of the Cable Car Project and phase 2 of the setting up of the proposed Leisure Village. Each component can be developed concurrently or separately within an integrated framework.

Each component will comprise several sub-projects, which are not only associated with high income-generating capacity but they will also generate significant synergistic benefits in an integrated manner.
